What TambahTolak does
- Voice entry (AI): say "Sold RM50 to Siti" and the transaction is recorded, with amount, customer and transaction type.
- A ledger for every customer: total credit, debit and running balance per customer, so you know who still owes you.
- Payment reminders: set follow-up dates so payments don't get forgotten.
- Bank statement import: upload a PDF statement (currently Maybank, without a password), review and save.
- Reports & charts: income versus expenses by day, week or month.
- PDF export: reports by period or by customer, ready to hand to an accountant.

Why TambahTolak was built
TambahTolak's founder runs a bookkeeping service for micro-businesses. Almost every client had the same problem: sales and customer debts recorded on paper or kept in memory, and money quietly lost. Most accounting apps are built for accountants, in English and for computers. TambahTolak is built for people who run their business with a phone in their hand.
Data & privacy
Each user can only access their own data. Voice recordings are processed to extract the transaction and are not stored permanently. Full details are in the Privacy Notice (in line with Malaysia's PDPA 2010).
