Many small businesses let regular customers "take now, pay later". The problem is that when those debts live only in your head or on scattered scraps of paper, money that should come back to you quietly slips away. This template helps you record who owes you, how much, and when they promised to pay, neatly. It's free, with no sign-up needed.

What's inside the template

• Daily Debt Book: one line for every debt or payment, with date, customer name, phone number, item, amount owed, amount paid, promised payment date and signature.
• Customer Debt Cards: one card per regular customer, with a running balance column so you see the real total at a glance.

How to use it (5 quick tips)

1. Record it at the moment of the sale, not at night, which is when things get forgotten.
2. Write the customer's name the same way every time (e.g. always "Kak Ros", never sometimes "Ros").
3. For larger amounts, ask the customer to sign or initial. It prevents misunderstandings.
4. Set a promised payment date, and review the list every week.
5. When a customer pays part of it, record it as a payment and recalculate the balance. Never erase old entries.
