TambahTolak Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Go Far Solutions (SSM Registration No.: 202603226157 / KT0620076-A), the owner and operator of the TambahTolak mobile app and website ("we", "us", or "TambahTolak"). By registering for, accessing or using TambahTolak, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our service.

TambahTolak is intended for use by owners and operators of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia aged 18 and above.

2. Description of Service

TambahTolak is a bookkeeping and business ledger app that lets you record customer credit/debit transactions, track who owes you money, set automatic payment reminders, generate reports, and record transactions using AI-assisted voice commands. We may add, change or discontinue any feature of the service at any time, with reasonable prior notice when the change significantly affects you.

3. Account Registration & Your Responsibilities

To use TambahTolak, you must register an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account password and login details confidential
• All activity that takes place under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• The accuracy of the customer and transaction data you enter into the system

TambahTolak is a record-keeping tool; we do not verify the accuracy of the business data you enter and are not responsible for business decisions made based on those records.

4. Subscription, Payment & Free Period

Every new account receives a 30-day free period with no credit card or payment details required. After the free period ends, you can subscribe to TambahTolak Pro on our website at tambahtolak.com/en/subscribe to keep adding new records:

• Monthly: RM25 for 1 month
• 3-Month: RM75 for 3 months — promo price RM59 on your first payment for this plan
• Yearly: RM300 for 12 months — promo price RM179 on your first payment for this plan
• Prices may change with prior notice; changes don't affect periods already paid for
• Subscriptions are prepaid and do not renew automatically. We'll email you a reminder before your period ends
• Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment gateway (Billplz) via FPX, DuitNow or card; we do not store your card or bank details
• If you pay while free days remain, the paid period starts after the free period ends

After the free period or a subscription ends:

• You can still record credit & debit transactions and view the home page
• These Pro features are locked until a subscription is active: Analytics, customer details, AI voice entry, bank statement import and ledger/report export
• Your data remains yours and is not deleted. You can request a copy of your data at any time via hi@tambahtolak.com

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Because subscriptions are prepaid and don't renew automatically, no cancellation is needed. Your subscription simply ends at the end of the paid period.

Subscription fees already collected are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable Malaysian consumer protection law or at our discretion in certain cases (for example, a technical billing error on our side).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use TambahTolak for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or to mislead your customers
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data that does not belong to you
• Reverse-engineer, copy or modify the app without our written permission
• Place an unreasonable load on our systems (for example, through bots, scraping or automated attacks)
• Upload content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of third parties

Breaching any of these rules may result in your account being suspended or terminated without notice.

7. Your Business Data & Content

All customer data, transaction records and business content you enter into TambahTolak remain yours. We only store and process that data to provide the service to you, in line with our Privacy Notice. You may request an export or deletion of your data at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

The TambahTolak app, including its design, logo, code and brand, is the intellectual property of Go Far Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app solely for your own business purposes.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TambahTolak is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty as to reliability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors or downtime.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Go Far Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including loss of profits or business data) arising from the use of, or inability to use, TambahTolak. Our aggregate liability arising from these Terms will not exceed the total subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim is made.

12. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or fail to pay outstanding subscription fees after reasonable notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any significant change will be communicated through the app or by email before it takes effect. Continued use of TambahTolak after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
