Record Sales by Voice (in Malay or English)

Short answerVoice entry means you say the transaction, for example "Sold RM50 to Siti", and the app turns it into a record: amount RM50, customer Siti, type sale. It's faster than typing and suits traders whose hands are busy. You should still check the result, because AI isn't 100% accurate.
How it works
- Tap the microphone button in the app.
- Say the transaction naturally, e.g. "Kak Ros owes 20 ringgit" or "Bought flour 35 ringgit". Malay works too, e.g. "Jual RM50 kat Siti".
- The AI picks out the amount, customer name and transaction type (money in or out).
- You check and save. The customer's balance and your dashboard update automatically.

Tips for more accurate records
- Say numbers clearly, and say "ringgit" or "RM".
- Use the same customer name as in your customer list.
- One transaction per recording.
- In noisy places, hold the phone closer to your mouth.
- Check before saving, especially for large amounts.
What about privacy?
In TambahTolak, the voice recording is sent to an AI service (Google Gemini) only to extract the transaction details, and is not stored permanently. Only the transaction result (text and numbers) is saved in your account. Details are in the Privacy Notice.
Limits you should know
AI can mishear, especially in noisy places, with numbers that sound alike, or with unusual names. That's why every transaction can be reviewed and edited. See the AI feature terms.
